Refund policy

A lot of care goes into design and while I hope your purchase meets with your satisfaction, there may understandably situations where this is not the case. 

Digital Templates

If you are not satisfied with your digital template for any reason, you can get a refund within 7 days of making your purchase. No questions asked. 

Design Services

For custom design services, please contact me if you have any concerns about work completed at your request. Depending on the scope of work, refunds will be at my discretion.
